10 pairs of Year 4 students had completed the L&D and talent acquisition projects for Chubb Fire & Security. These student consultant tasting projects included (but not limited to):
• Feasibility study of developing VR training
• Training needs analysis
• Design of training workshops
• Exploring the employer branding
and on-boarding & candidate experience strategies
