A professional etiquette trainer with four coaches were invited to conduct a workshop on table manners on Mar 27, 2015.
While enjoying a tasty dinner, a group of BCom HRM students in business suit learned the tips of being a host and a guest, BMW principle of utensils, dining taboos and wine etiquette.
Trainer shared the stories and histories of table etiquette. Similarities and differences between Western and Chinese dining practices were also highlighted. At the end of workshop, students learned the names of popular red wine and white wine in French.
