It was so wonderful of having Winnie Chui, the former Group HR Director of The Salvation Army - Hong Kong and Macau Command, to share the performance management strategies of NGOs. Her guest talk was informative and practical in which students learnt the tactics to review, manage and appreciate employees’ performance and contribution in non-business setting.
