Programme Goals
- Students will acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills required for managing a business.
- Students will have in-depth knowledge and skills in human resources management and the business environment in Hong Kong with particular reference to the following areas: recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, labour relations, and management ethics.
- Students will receive training in oral and written communication skills, and information technology skills.
- Students will have the opportunities for developing analytical and critical thinking, and applying that to solve real-world business problems.
